What is the Inbound Lead Program, and how much does it cost to join?

The Inbound Lead Program is a dynamic initiative designed exclusively for agents within our agency. The program allows you to receive inbound transfer calls for AEP/Medicare and Final Expense opportunities. 

Importantly, joining this program incurs no upfront or ongoing costs. There are no membership fees, participation fees, or any other financial commitments. You'll only pay when you successfully close a sale generated from these inbound calls. 

This structure ensures that you'll never incur any expenses unless you achieve a successful outcome, making it a cost-effective and low-risk opportunity to enhance your sales performance.

How does the program work for the Medicare segment?

In the Medicare program, participating agents will be the recipients of inbound transfers. When you successfully close a deal through these Live Transfers, you'll pay a fixed fee of $200 per sale. It's worth noting that the payment for these sales will be invoiced and is due in January, following the conclusion of the open enrollment period.

Can you provide details for the Final Expense program?

Certainly! The Final Expense program offers participating agents access to an unlimited number of inbound phone calls. You'll only incur costs when you secure a sale. 

Specifically, each sale you make in this program carries a fee of $250. This fee is applicable after the policy has Issued and the first payment is processed. 

Additionally, in the event a policy cancels before the second premium is due, you'll receive a $75 credit towards your next monthly bill. This credit serves as a safeguard in the event of unexpected policy cancellations, reducing your financial exposure.

What is the $75 credit in the Final Expense program, and when does it apply?

The $75 credit is a feature of the Final Expense program designed to address specific circumstances, such as policy cancellations during the free look period. 

To clarify further, the $250 fee is payable after the policy issues and the first payment has been processed. However, if a policy does cancel between the time of the issue payment and the second payment, you'll receive a $75 credit towards your next month's bill. 

This credit serves as a financial safeguard in the event that a sale does not proceed as initially anticipated.
